Joost™, the Flash-based, global, web video service, today announced that Nippon Television Network(NTV), Yoshimoto Kogyo and Dentsu will offer Japanese anime and comedy programs on Joost.com via dedicated channels.
Episode 1 of Kaiji
Kaiji, a total loser, lives his life gambling and making small debt. One day, a loan shark visits Kaiji claiming that he is a cosigner to his ex-coworker's debt, which amount Kaiji could never cover.
"You can wipe the debt away in one night" - the loan shark seduces Kaiji putting him on a luxury liner, with young losers like himself, all planning to win to get off this ship without debt, not knowing the ship is a harsh and risky battleground of life-and-death game.

Three street children from downtown, Hideyoshi, Edy and Lenny are playing basketball for money again. Basketball is an important source of income for them. As they are congratulating themselves on their win, a mysterious girl named Cha-Che shows up.
