Dancing With The Stars Cast Announced |
| |
Thirteen new stars are headed to the dancing floor on the 7th season of Dancing With The Stars on ABC. The three-night episode begins Monday September, 22.
This years cast includes:
Lance Bass teamed with Lacey Schwimmer Toni Braxton teamed with Alec Mazo Brooke Burke teamed with Derek Hough Rocco Dispirito teamed with Karina Maurice Greene teamed with Cheryl Burke Kim Kardashian teamed with Mark Ballas Cloris Leachman teamed with Corky Ballas Cody Linley teamed with Julianne Hough Susan Lucci teamed with Tony Dovolani Misty May-Treanor teamed with Maksim Chmerkovskiy Ted Mcginley teamed with Inna Brayer Jeffrey Ross teamed with Edyta Sliwinska Warren Sapp Teamed with Kym Johnson
In all, I’m interested to see how this cast does, a few favorites off the bat to see how they can handle the pressure. Lance Bass, from ‘NSYNC, should do well given he has a background with intense choreography from tours and he’s paired with Lacey Schwimmer. Lacey is making her series debut but you probably caught her on the 2007 season of So You Think You Can Dance. Toni Braxton, loved her music growing up, she should be a front runner as well for the show. As much as I personally can’t stand watching Keeping Up With The Karashians, it will be interesting to see how Kim can handle the competition. I’m very excited to see Misty May-Treanor, I didn’t miss a second of the Beijing Olympic coverage when Walsh and her played so to see her make the show is going to be my highlight. So my weekly vote goes to May-Treanor for the mere fact that she has won 2 Olympic gold medals and has gone 108 straight match wins.
For the rest, I can take them or leave them but who knows all the action starts September 22 and my vote might get swayed.
