Report: Michael Jackson's Mom Gets Custody Of His Kids
The three children of the late pop icon Michael Jackson will be in the care of their grandmother for now. According to the "Los Angeles Times," a spokesman for Los Angeles County Superior Court says there will be a hearing next Monday in the custody case but for the time being, Katherine Jackson will have temporary guardianship of the kids. Katherine filed for custody of Prince Michael, Prince Michael the Second and Paris Michael Katherine Monday morning. The "Times" reports Jackson's lawyers argued that Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of at least two of the children, didn't have a relationship with them. They reportedly said that if Rowe is granted custody, it would be detrimental to the children. |
