"American Idol" Auditions Taking Place In Los Angeles Today
Today is the last day aspiring singers in the Los Angeles area can audition for the upcoming ninth season of "American Idol." The auditions for the Fox reality singing show kicked off earlier this month in Boston before heading across the country to Los Angeles County. On June 28th, the auditions took place at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. They will conclude tonight before the "Idol" crew heads to Orlando, Florida on July 7th and then Denver, Colorado on July 12th.
The eighth season of "American Idol" wrapped up last month. Kris Allen was named the winner with Adam Lambert as his runnerup. The ten finalists from the season will head out on the "American Idol Live!" tour beginning this Sunday, July 5th in Portland, Oregon. |
