Lady Antebellum Singer Explains His Multiple Weddings
Lady Antebellum's Charles Kelley is opening up about his rather unusual wedding plans. The singer and his bride Cassie McConnell recently tied the knot quietly in Nashville, in what was described as "a legal formality." Kelley explains, with the help of bandmate Hillary Scott, that it was necessary given their desire for a wedding in the Caribbean.
Kelley's busy schedule stems, in part, from Lady A's commitment to Kenny Chesney. The band is an opener on Chesney's Sun City Carnival tour, which runs through mid-September. Their next show is coming up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Friday. Charles and Cassie will be getting away for their ceremony in the Bahamas within the next few weeks. |
