Massive Attack's Massive Music Output
Massive Attack's "Heligoland" arrives next week, but that's not the last of the new music fans will hear from the band this year. The group will follow the release with an EP in the coming months. Robert "3D" Del Naja revealed to BBC's 6Music that the hope is to have the additional collection out before summer. He explains, quote, "It will probably be made up of tracks that we didn't put on this record and maybe some new stuff as well." One of the songs they are considering is called "Red Light." The track was done with Elbow's Guy Garvey and didn't make the final cut for "Heligoland." The song was left incomplete, and Del Naja says they would like to finish it so it could be considered for the EP. |
