Johnny Rotten Settles Lawsuit With TV Staffer
Johnny Rotten's legal issues with TV talent producer Roxane Davis are over. Davis' lawyers filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court last week stating that their client and the veteran punk rocker have reached a settlement. The terms of their agreement haven't been made public. The case dates back to June 2008, when Davis filed a lawsuit against Rotten alleging harassment based on sex, retaliation, wrongful termination, assault and battery. Her accusations stemmed from an incident with Rotten -- also known as John Lydon -- who was said to be unhappy with accommodations Davis made for him at a luxury hotel. |
