Same Ol' Story Of The Year
Story Of The Year is a band with little drama in their inner circle and they prefer it that way. Singer Dan Marsala tells Noisecreep.com, quote, "We are lucky. We all get along pretty well and we tour with bands where half the band can't stand each other. It's like, 'Oh, I don't talk to him, because we don't get along!' That's not us." Marsala says he, Ryan Phillips and Josh Willis went to high school together, and he adds, quote, "There is a lot more there than music. We were always skateboarding and were friends, and then the music became more serious." That camaraderie has been a significant reason for the band's success. The tight knit group recently polished off a new album, and "The Constant" arrives in stores February 16th. |
