Luke Bryan Proud Of ACM Nomination
Luke Bryan is among the Academy of Country Music Award nominees for Top New Solo Vocalist of the Year. The singer says he's pleased to be in the running for the honor along with Chris Young and Jamey Johnson, but he won't speculate on his chances of winning.
Balloting in the fan-voted category continues through Friday at VoteACM.com. The winner will be announced on March 23rd, and advance to become a contender for Top New Artist of the Year along with the performers who capture the Top New Vocal Duo of the Year and the Top New Vocal Group of the Year titles. The Top New Artist winner, which will also be decided by the public, will be revealed during the televised ACM Awards ceremony. The 45th annual ACM Awards will take place in Las Vegas, and air on CBS on April 18th. |
