Ke$ha Won't Rule Out Country Future
Pop singer Ke$ha won't rule out a possible future in country music. In fact, such a move would be a sort of return to her roots. She tells "Paper" magazine that she's really inspired by country songs. Ke$ha says, quote, "My mom wrote country music and I love Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash. I think at some point there might be some country collaborations or records in the future. But I'm also really digging being called, like half jokingly, a white girl rapper. I think it's really funny and I'm going to ride that train for a bit." Ke$ha also talks to the magazine about her failed attempts to pick up men while riding around in a gold Trans Am. Her other tricks for flirting with the opposite sex include sending a man a shot of whiskey followed by a spanking at the bar. She doesn't say whether or not that technique works. Ke$ha's interview is in the summer music issue of "Paper" magazine, now on newsstands.
