Slayer DVD Reissues En Route, "American Carnage" Approaches
Slayer fans will get a chance to bulk up their video libraries next month. Blabbermouth.net reports that the metal rockers are reiussing two of their popular concert films on August 17th. Among these are 2003's "War at the Warfield" and 2004's "Still Reigning." Also coming to DVD for the first time ever is the digitally-remastered "Live Intrusion" from 1995. The titles will be distributed online and via retail. The band also is offering a multi-disc package called "Slayer Live DVD 3-Pak." The "3-Pak" will be offered exclusively at www.slayer.net.
In related news, Slayer is reteaming with two of its fellow "Big Four" this fall. The band will tour with Megadeth and Anthrax on the second leg of the "American Carnage" tour. All three metal bands -- along with Metallica -- shared a bill at multiple dates in Europe over the summer. |
